In a rush? Prepare your ingredients the night before: put all your spices, protein powder, seeds into a small container, chop and freeze a banana, and wash/dry your spinach. Throw it all into your blender the next morning and you have nutrition and yum served in around 5 minutes!
1 banana chopped and frozen for extra creaminess
1.5 cups plant-based milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
Handful of washed baby spinach
1 T flax seeds
1 T chia seeds
1 T maple syrup
Scoop of fave plant-based protein powder (vanilla is nice!)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (pure, not imitation)
1/8 tsp ground dry ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Pinch of dried cloves
Throw it all into a blender and blend for a minute or two.
